Haw to create litchi squash
Squash is usually made with concentrated fruit juice or syrup. Lichur squash is also made in this way. This syrup is used to create various drinks
Lichi: 50s
Sugar: Sadmat
Lemon juice: 1 tablespoon

Steps
Step 1
Litchi washed out and cleaned the beans and washed clean. Now litchi with 2 glasses of water will be blanched well.
Step 2
On the other hand, put a sugar in a deep pan with a little water in the stove.
Step 3
When the sugar starts to melted, give it to lemon juice and litchi juice.
Step 4
When the mixture gets blurred, reduce the oven to 3-4 minutes by putting it on the stove. Take the syrup off when the water is slightly pulled.
Step 5
Keep this refrigeration freezing and refrigerate and reduce the desired amount of 1: 1 ratio in 1 glass syrup, add one glass of water and serve with ice cream. Enjoyable squash.
