Hey dude, been watching you on Youtube for awhile now and glad to see you are finally on Steemit. I just saw your most recent video about cutting your boat in half....let me just say a few things:
1.) If you cut it where you said in the video and lengthen it you will still have the issue of the front dipping under the waves when it is loaded like you did on your most recent supply run. In fact it will get worse not better.
2.) If you cut the rear end of the boat off (from right behind the drivers seat) and redo/lengthen the rear end to add passenger/cargo area in the rear it will balance the boat out....plus you can change the prop design so that your electric motor powers TWO PROPELLERS instead of just one.
You know that new gear you recently made for your foot prop? Well if you made something like that again but put gears on both sides of it. The electric motor could be mounted on one side of the gear (front side) and dual props could attach (via gears) to either side of the rear of that new gear.
In theory it wouldn't add any additional strain on your solar panels, batteries or electric motor but should more than double your current top speed.
Anyway, just my thoughts from a fan!
