Information Overload. Avoid this if you can. Share your thoughts too.

What is Information Overload ? You may ask this question....and wondering.

When you start to read a marketing article on a website. You will realise that in the article, you will come across several call to action phrases which will try to encourage you to take more actions that will eventually lead you to other websites to complete the actions. These websites are fill with more information, products and also videos to persuade you to buy or order more products which claim they will help you to be more successful and make more money.

Sounds familiar ? Information Overload - Overcome it.

In fact, almost everyone that goes online, one way or another, will find some opportunities to make some extra money, enrich themselves with relevant information and to network with friends through social medias. When someone find a money making opportunity, he or she will sign up for a newsletter to receive the gift or report.

Once you have signed up to receive a free gift or free report or information. You are set to receive tons of promotional offers...as you are already in the " List ".

After a while, you will receive more and more money making opportunities which each of them will promise to make your life easier, earn lots of money, living the rich and famous lifestyles. They will also offer you to be an affiliate to their products.

These marketers or Gurus may present you with lots of photos showing you that when you buy their products, you will achieve this and that. They will even show you their screenshots of their earnings.

Now, how do we know these are their real screenshots ? And also these photos may be real. Their earnings are in thousands or even hundred of thousands or dollars. We do not call them
" Guru " for nothing. They may have a huge followers and existing fans and when they send their products to these people, they will buy from him in a snap...which resulted in huge income being made.

Now, if you are a nobody and not a Guru, and a beginner no matter how hard you try to promote the products, you will not be able to achieve the big result. You may get to their statuses when you have a great mailing list with huge followers and fans and this may take months or even years.

Before you promote any product, you will be bombarded with more promotional emails and products which you may be persuaded to buy more and more tools, software, join the memberships...blah blah blah...which will result in you having a dilemma, Information Overload, as this will not end as almost everyday, there are new products, new tools, new opportunities that pop up on the internet.

This "mushroom" grows at a blinding speed.

Information Overload will make you buy and buy and getting nowhere as you will be confused in what to promote first. You tend to enrich yourself in more money making information and tools to fast track your effort.

This will result in you having a breakdown, nervous and sometimes having high blood pressure.

Lastly, I was also a victim of " Information Overload " disease in the past and I am currently cutting off more and more and stay away from this "unhealthy" trend.

Success is not an overnight sensation. It takes dedication and effort. Do not give up your dream.
When you are down, stand up and tell yourself that you are only getting better and better.

" No retreat, No surrender ! "
