That's kinda fucked up and really demotivating
It is. Think about being here for months. I posted some original work of my own, and did some posts based on news articles. I had some whales vote on my stuff, and whales voted for other people. Then my original work was being flagged as "not good for steemit" reason lol. So yes it's demotivating when everyone else can get to keep their rewards, yet you can't, post after post.
