Two accounts reacts with downvote, I don't know why?
@blacklist account in 20 hours doing 1% downvote for 105 accounts.
Only @klye were lucky to get 100% upvote 😆.

They don't comment so we can't lower their reputation, plus they both have 1000 SP. This is not going to end well.
What if they increase STEEM POWER?
