I would unreservedly support this. Such reading list bot would be used by me gladly.

I amn't a luddite, honestly. I do feel that substituting algorithms for human judgement is both inadequate, and dangerous, as bots have no empathy. Setting precedent where bots judgements are valued equally alongside peoples may prove to have consequences that are unforeseeable.

The USG has been making autonomous fighting robots. I don't want them to be able to pull the trigger without human agency making that decision. Bots being accepted as opinion makers on Steemit can, I feel, make such despicable autonomy potentially acceptable in warfighting.

The real problem with such speculations is that they will do that over my dead body.

Also, I yearn for a day when every persons judgement is valuable. Steemit makes me feel that this day is just around the corner.
