What I meant is that; if someone who is rich uploads a photo(taken from the phone, no text or anything else) every 10minutes and makes his bots upvote the photo for $200+ shouldn't we try to stop it?

Yup!
They can!
But will they?
Will they risk their profits?
Which makes me ask again: why does Steemit tolerate bots at all ? I mean, I know some bots could be useful if well programmed by why tolerate bots that mess with the very heart of the community by manipulating rewards ?
I think because we as a community tolerate them.
The people that are using steemit daily have the most power and they like those bots, I don't really see that many people complain about them.
I will be honest though, I'm using some upvote bots too, in hope of being noticed :P
