Now his is why Dan is the man, instead of flagging anyone without a proper reason Dan created a full detailed post explaining why he flagged the posts created by @ozchartart, proving the sincerity and ethics by which people should rise together in a community, he could have not given any explanation but he still did it.

Firepower is a prime example of how hard work, consistency and care for the community helps you grow on Steemit, everyone does not starts with a 100 $ post they sometime get 0 $ posts but that doesn't stops them from growing. In the post he tells about one of his friend who surfs with his dog :)

and about meetings and how steemit brings people together I think it all depends, in my case I think its difficult to meet someone from here since most live really far from me, but It would be a great experience.
I think this post deserves to be shared so sad that I only happen to see it now.
