Operational Objectives

1. Publish the Operation Rogue Legislators notice and objectives to blockchain at https://steemit.com/steemit/@uscfhq/operation-rogue-legislators-33a3f4b9f2bf6 and

2. Draft criminal complaints (get complaint form here) for accused constitutional offenders identifying all pending and past legislation (give priority for pending bills and then do laws and failed bills) infringing the 2nd Amendment at the national, state and county level and send criminal complaints with an open letter 1st Amendment petition and amnesty offer for nonviolent offenders (get open letter template here) to all offending legislators with specific citations of evidence of treason etc. and wait 7 days for a response

3. Draw the line, end the amnesty program after 7 days and establish a zero tolerance policy for treason (see US treason definition here)

4. Publish criminal complaints for accused constitutional offenders (all patrons and voters in favor of such unconstitutional legislation) to blockchain in the Constitutional Offenders Database at http://steemit.com/@uscfhq with their open source publicly listed contact info:

7. Proceed to secure civilian grand jury indictment and publish indictment verdict on blockchain in the Constitutional Offenders Database at http://steemit.com/@uscfhq,

8. If indicted then conduct civilian tribunal to secure conviction and publish jury verdict and sentence on blockchain in the Constitutional Offenders Database at http://steemit.com/@uscfhq

9. Civilian Authority of We the People in their respective jurisdictions will establish policy of how to respond with non-compliant constitutional convicts who have been sentenced.

10. Civilian Authority of We the People in their respective jurisdictions will proportionately establish rules of engagement and enforce civilian authority of We the People constitutional policy by deploying a sovereign number of civilian forces with full impunity overcoming all resistance on a NAP (Non Aggression Principle) basis.

12. Conduct elections as needed to reestablish good government by replacing incorrigible rogue legislators.
