SIXPACK journey

in #steemit7 years ago

Hello Steemians,

I have a goal for this year 2018, the first time in my life, and I am already 30, I would like to have a SIXPACK!!

All my life I did a lot of sports and never made it before, it was never important to me, and don't get me wrong, I like my body as it is.
But now, working as a persolal trainer, I feel it is time for a new challenge!

I'm writing a diary, to lighten the myth SIXPACK scientifically enough to be an additional value to you, brutally honest and amusing as well :)

Starting with me, I am wolverine, nothing can stop me if I see a thing that could be tasty or crunchy or new to me...
"A sixpack is made in the kitchen and not at the gym" and it is true...
A lot of tasty low carb recipes are following and I will be trying out some diet trends until we get there...

  1. Intermittent fasting (explanation following in the next blog)

The last 6 weeks I couldn't do a lot of sport, because of an injury, but now I'm back and keen of getting in the best shape of my time :)

This is how I'm looking today

Let's start. 14.3.18
With a tasty breakfst. I'm glad I like cereals with alomond or coconut milk.
And the important thing: stop eating if you had enough.

Thank you for join me for my journey!
Please follow me if you don't want to miss out great recipes and my first nervous breakdown.

Why so sad ;) Good luck with the project! I like the idea! :) Have fun

:) Because of the diet which is going to come ;)

Nice Idea! :) Keep it up! :)

Great idea, and good luck! To be honest, I think you can easily do this before the end of 2018, from your picture I would guess that you are only 3-4 months away! :)

BTW I'm trying something different with delegating my voting power to the minnowbooster, so I'm going to experiment with using booster accounts instead of directly voting, but I'm not exactly sure what I'm doing.... :)

Thanks! 3-4 months would be great :) Sounds good :) Hope your experiment works out for you! :) Let me know how it works out for you! :)

"A sixpack is made in the kitchen and not at the gym"

The biggest true in the fitness world.
I'd like to read a copy of the diet you are preparing for yourslef, along with your height/weight, just because I'm a health and body improvement fan.
Best of luck... no, not luck, best of will power to stay away from sugar, carbs and alcohol as possible :)

I love body improvement stuff as well :) It is good being curious and trying out something new.
I'm 160cm /5,3 food and 57kg/125lbs, still, I'm going to scale my body for the next post.
Thank you, I'm highly motivated, still ;)

Hell yeah! being motivated it's the first step, untill your mind rach that state where training it's like a drug, (tnx for the cm/kg, I'm really unfamiliar with the other scales)
Well, what can I say besides of wishing you luck with the oatmeals and training? oh yeah, push hard, but remember to rest, it's almost as importan as the training.

I’m curious to follow your journey and watch your progress! So, did you say your doing IF or low carb or a combo or something else?

I'm staying with the classics like low carb, low fat and don't eat after 6pm.
