On the 7.07 patch Medusa gets a lot of nerf and buffs, like Rework on the Split Shot skill that makes Medusa very flexible to play both in Safe Lane and Mid Lane.

Starting Item
For Starting items, like the Carry Agility hero in general, you can buy Tango, Healing Salve, Circle of Nobility, and Ring of Protections for you to make Ring of Aquila in the future!
