how to earn at steemit.....

i am not very old at steemit, but ive been regular and have really tried to benefit from the experience of other steemians. i ve added at least 10 posts per day...also analysed the posts of others. i suggest the following steps in order to achieve the best results.....

Be yourself.

work hard.
Steemit is not easy... infact one is interacting with the whole world. someone had said.. :you can fool some people sometime, but you cant fool all the people all the time. what ever you want to share n post.

Dont just copy and paste.
there is so much material available on the net that its endless, how ever just like we are browsing- so are others. someone on the net will find out the copied stuff.. once that happens, the reputation will really be effected

Quality and not quantity matters.
A quality post is full of research and development-ie quality posts will take a while to be completed, but the effect will be far reaching. where as the other posts just gather some dust.

Be a hunter.

the NEW category is the hunting ground. find quality posts and upvote and also RESTEEM them. as the payout increases. the pioneers will get the most.

choose your audience.
one must find the people of the same thinking as mine.. like someone had said, "birds of the same feathers flock together" steemit is a big community- you ll find your followers

Make a time table.
time table to do things on a daily basis...ie
a- posting on daily basis.
b- upvoting on daily basis.
c- resteeming on daily basis.
d- studying posts of interest on daily basis.
e- give comments on daily basis

uniform posts.
if check the big accounts of steemit.. you will find that the posts of these guys are mostly relating to one topic. eg, i just followed this dude who always posts in GARDENING... his posts get him 100 bucks within an hour.

no tricks pls.
you upvote me n i ll upvote you... you follow me n ill follow you etc..... this is childish.. shows how empty one is. older stemians will immediately know that this is the guy to avoid....

post reference.
in order to achieve big success n quickly.... always reference of the things associated with your post. eg the snaps or facts ... etc

continuous learning.
one can always improve oneself. there is no limit in excellence. it is suggested here to study the HOT category on daily basis... you will get to know how the big account achievers are doing so...
