You have to see their Comment section and only Comment if you really like something because you might get flagged if you do any irrelevant Comment there.
That's the way I guess. But I rarely come across those who reply. Most just post a general reply and upvote it for their own good lol.
Hahah it takes time to build personal relationship with any Writer on Steemit so give them a reason why should they take intrest in you and make you their friend😃
