Thank you for appreciating the work, and yes these are great observations about the communities activities in terms of growth.
I have a criteria for those users i listed to be followed, maybe the list can be more than that if there is any need for it,

En los diversos equipos donde he tenido la oportunidad de trabajar como Líder, una de los más grandes aprendizajes que he obtenido es el de establecer un criterio universal y general, que sea fácil de seguir y de establecer, de equidad y justicia, donde todos los involucrados tienen las mismas oportunidades y son evaluados en igualdad de condiciones, aspectos que estoy más que seguro son los empleados por usted para determinar el seguimiento de usuarios potencialmente influyentes.
