If I owned a social media platform like Facebook or Twitter, I would definitely also censor my competition.
steemit has so much potential for stealing users. Smart business move by Facebook, however annoying for us.
and thats why you will never own one. good business people always try to put themselves out of business before the competition does. If Zuckerberg was smart and not egotistical he would have integrated blockchain technology into Facebook a long time ago.
And Censorship is a short term tactic' it's a band-aid. Even worse once people find out about the censorship it has a bigger effect in the opposite direction. doing the right thing is always right.
