Participate #SPUD! [Steem Power Up Day] with Travelgirl
Hi Everyone,
As many of you may have noticed, there have been a few Steemians already shared their post about joining the #SPUD! [Steem Power Up Day] initiated by @streetstyle. I don’t recall powering any SP down during my time on Steemit and my intention is to continue to grow my account.
If you are powering down, stop and maybe keep them because one day it could worth a bit of money and most importantly, power on the platform.
If you haven’t powered up for some time, power up whatever you can afford and keep growing your account. Here are the simple guidelines from @streetsyle:
On this day no one sells and no one sends Steem to any exchanges. On this day no one powers down and if you are already powering down, then Stop it for that one day and then start powering down the next day... those who can or are willing too, Power Up on the Designated Day.

@TravelGirl, you are smart to invest, AKA Power Up. It's good to have healthy fear of the adult-section of amusement parks, the larger rides, which you were talking about in a previous post.
People should also be afraid of not being careful, which includes not being wise financially. This Power Up Day is symbolic of long-term investing. Diversify your portfolios, investments, careers, skills, money, backups, abilities, your stuff, your options, as much as you can, everybody.
Steem, for example, like Bitcoin, has been helping people, especially as people die in Venezuela, even as the Dollar could die and should die, even as fiat currencies has been going up and down in value, and we should be as patient as possible as Steem may go up maybe not today, tomorrow, next month, or even next year, but maybe in ten years from now. It could take many years. But cryptocurrencies are competing against each other and are rising and some alt coins do fail and some do better and it is the future or could be and can be the future. Always eat oatmeal. Always do what you can do with a smile on your face, everybody.
