Constructive criticism when flagging
Not sure if it's possible but if someone flags a post, there should be a dialogue box for them to state their reason. I think people have the right to know what they have done wrong to help them grow. Just lurking through the site and seeing some people have flag bots on them possibly because they said something wrong in the past is bad for the ecosystem of steemit. If there is a reason associated with all the flags, then we can know how it's justified. Not all of us get the context and it just seems like malicious flagging at times.
The flagging bots are the worst at times when they attempt to flag content with literally no merit what's so ever.
That's why I think a reason should always be stated with the flag.
