I downvoted for couple of reasons...
1. It is already posted https://steemit.com/cryptocurrency/@lafona/a-conversation-with-ned-scott-ceo-of-steemit
2.I wanted to test if my downvote give money to the post or not... It gave $0.89 !!! It shouldn't normally !!!
3.It pushed the post on top as an active post! That should not be the case for a downvoted post, only for upvoted posts.
