Pseudonymous crypto id card for anonymus personal identification

In internet world personal identification is very sensitive theme and nobody who is responsible person don't want do revile to much personal data on internet, because abuse could do severe damage to us. On the other hand personal identification is crucial in almost all network and internet applications.

With this solution people could be stopped making an army of accounts which are bots or duplicate accounts controlled by one person, by introducing a universal blockchain of finger print related anonymus addresses. In this ledger each person could register one address (public key) which will be linked with data of his finger print (private key).

The address one will register in this ledger with his or her private key (finger print) will then act as pseudonym. and it will be anonymus if this person not provide any additional links with he or she elsewhere. This will be a kind of pseudonymous crypto personal id card (PCPID).

We can then use this PCPID everywhere where an personal identification is required but anonymity of individual should be guarded and not exposed publicly on the internet.

Steemit could also benefit a lot with introduce of PCPID information. I will not put this mandatory and new users could register without this feature. But PCPID identifiable users can have additional rights on platform when posting and commenting. Or you can not be a witness without PCPID.
