#Steemit - Ending Twitter Shadow Banning and YouTube Censorship
This video is regarding my recent decision to join the Steemit community and why you should as well. This is a new social media platform that unlike YouTube, Facebook, or Twitter uses a "blockchain" technology that cannot be censored. Once your content is uploaded to the block-chain it is there forever. Also due to the anarchistic open source programming the content that is pushed to the top is what people are interested in.

Yeah, that's right YouTube remove my first publication of my video because I used a 30 second clip from South Park at the end, "Canada Demanding Free Internet Money" in a video about me using another social media platform because of you not allowing us to use the Fair Use Act. Hypocrisy much? Edited, censored and re-uploaded.

No, I am not sure how to embed it.
I'm not a hundred percent on whether this keeps it from being removed, but try it. Go to your YouTube video (on desktop not mobile), hit the share button right beneath the video, it will drop down with the link you can copy , if you look right below share at that point there will be the embed tab, click it and then copy the link into your post. I gotta tell you though, if you embed it, the video will not show up as your picture for your post. If you want that same picture to be the post pic, you gotta manually upload the pic to img safe or something and then paste the link to the pic at the top of the post. Let me know if you want me to explain that in more detail. Hope that works and they can't remove it, because if not I don't see how Steemit is more efficient about not be censored than any other place, since I already am getting removed from FB over my name and I use that account to login to Steemit... doesn't seem like a very efficient way of logging in since Facebook can still ban us from Steemit if they like.
Yeah, that makes sense thanks man. You should do a blog post explaining that one lulz. Yeah the FB login or reddit login is annoying a lot of people. In the video where the dollar vigilante interviews the founders of steemit, they talk about this. As steemit is still in the "beta" version, they said they will look to correct this login thing in the next version the non beta version.
Well, we'll see if it actually works. I'm not actually sure if that will make it impervious to being removed yet. Just a clever guess haha Glad to hear they may fix the login problem. Btw congrats on the engagement :)
