My fountain pen

And I'm

Your lasting wet ink,

Letter-perfect

In all of our love notes

On a paper so pink.

Your "I do"

From highest heaven,

Too wonderful

For me to think,

So beyond

Traditional oaths

And promises of forever

— Our chain, our link.

My "I do"

From everlasting den,

Too humble

For you to sink

Deep when your heart emotes

A thousand beats

In just one blink.
