Sorry ... poor spelling that time "Gattaca" https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gattaca refers to a movie about a dystopian future.
A common meme related to Gattaca is the idea that we're all just working hard to go nowhere (kinda like a treadmill or hamster wheel) and we're trained to use our perfect minds and perfect energy to go just far enough.
The lesson we learn from the imperfect brother is "Never save enough energy to turn back" just keep moving forward.
A very cool movie - I wondered if that was what you meant :)
