I think it takes 5 days now to restore 100% power (the FAQ is out of date and other posts about HF19 are unclear). You can vote 10 times a day at full power and recharge fully in 24 hours.
No, I am not at 0, it is just time to stop using it all up so that I can come out to play tomorrow! :)
