This is very possible.
To do this you need someone who is a good developer to write the backend and a good designer to write the front end.
I would love to see not just a "Steem Bay" but also an amazon like "POD Bay" (Products On Demand) that uses Steem or SBD as currency.
yes i agree, its totally doable. this should be created in the next hackathon on this years @steemfest 2017 soon
