Very interesting - thanks for compiling all of that data into a useful glimpse of the times. Will be interesting to track the ebb and flow (assuming that happens) of those opting to power up as they reached certain taxation thresholds. This will be the 'problem' going forward for those cashing out large sums - identies often exposed making it rather hard to stay in the shadows.
