What is @thundercurator?

How to use @thundercurator.
There are very few rules with this service.
First, you MUST become a follower of @thundercurator. Click the "follow" tab on the top banner.
Submitted articles must not be older than 3.5 days.
Using your Steemit wallet, transfer the required SBD to @thundercurator with the link of your article in the "memo" section.
Current fee to use this service (as of 3/22/2018) is 0.05 SBD which guarantees a 0.15+ SBD upvote, custom comment and resteem. For an incognito vote the fee is 0.051 (no comment from @thundercurator) which guarantees a 0.15+ SBD upvote and resteem.

Any chance to pre-pay for 10-100 articles/comments?
I like that idea and would totally make use of it, but only for the comments part. Don't want to pay Dmania and decentmemes with paid upvotes.
And you can make memes without any service, just download an app.
Making the memes is not the problem. Imgflip is totally easy to use.
The "problem" is that DMania and DecentMemes put beneficiaries for every post, that goes through their site and is published there. In case of Dmania, three random supporters based on delegation and dmania, for decentmemes, decentmemes, acidyo and netuso are choosed.
So 15%? (not sure of the amount) goes from the payout directly to their pockets. Paying thundercurator for votes on those plattforms reduces the profitability of those paid upvotes.
The only reason to post on DMania and decentmemes is the broader audience.
So to get more from every vote, I'm using it only on posts that are directly put from me on steemit. Like my entries for the meme challenge. (Okay I'm not quite the fun guy to make a good joke, but at least it is something.)
Update: Don't get me wrong, it is totally okay for them to pick that fee for providing a plattform. And I will still post there, but reducing the profitability of an upvote which is paid, is not my intent.^^
I hear what you're saying but if you do not post on decent means or dmania you cannot get their upvotes. What if I told you I'm paying for the promotion with money that I got from decent memes?
Decent memes, but not DMania, never got an upvote from that bot. Okay my memes are not the best, but to be able to even receive the upvote, the account has to cast five upvotes on Dmania in the past three days, the meme has to be in trending and it has to be upvoted by supporters with the correct Gini Simpson Index.
Decent Meme is a little bit different story, seems to be easier to get upvotes there. But still, would be more profitable to pay for upvotes on comments on steemit to avoid that fee.
Also I'm planning with that little red fish money I got here, buying an upvote from thundercurator is only possible for me 13 times right now, I can easily reach that with comments without paying the 10% fee from Decentmemes.
With more money to invest, some would need to pay upvotes on every comment and post that one is posting.
Nevertheless, a pay in advance service, you mentioned, like minnowboosters auto comment upvote option, would be really nice. In that case I would send all my SBD to thundercurator.

But posting the memes on steemit with the tag #meme has a less audience then on dmania and decentmemes. Also, as you mentioned, there are quite high value upvotes possible like from Dmania bot and acidyo.
But, I don't see, why I should buy upvotes on those posts on Dmania and Decentmemes, beside visibility. Buying a upvote from @thundercurator on Dmania for example should result in a upvote worth roughly 0.15$. From that:

So 25% from the 0.15$ goes to those and another 25% for the usual curation. After that I can only receive from that paid upvote a payout of 0.075. After splitting that up in SBD and SP, both should be less worth than the initital fee that costs 0.05 SBD. Not profitable.
