I don't know if you saw @dwinblood's posts over the last few days but you may want to read this and get in touch with him. https://steemit.com/investigation/@dwinblood/i-m-going-to-do-a-little-investigation-into-the-down-voters-who-do-so-for-purely-dislike-and-other-reasons-as-well-as-their I think he'd be very interested in the data you've scraped.
Yeah, that's a good idea... it's really time some of all this skullduggery were dug up and simply put out in the open.
