Agreed. Also, it really only affected people that promoted small amounts. If you promoted by enough to show up in the top 5-10 promoted posts (which has not been much past couple of weeks) then it worked just fine. Hopefully nobody was too adversely affected.

Beta isn't an excuse. They should issue beta refunds.
Agreed and I suppose they could. You could make that suggestion on the issue on github.
I think your payment is merely burned when you pay (nobody recieves the payment ), so refunds are likely impossible.

It can still be honoured though since it is all recorded in the blockchain. Also posts that were successfully promoted are still being displayed.
