When is two-factor authentication comming to steemit??

Am I the only one wondering why steemit does not offer the possibility to configure some sort of 2FA for direct login? Protecting my hard earned STEEM is not something I am willing to leave to chance...

Is something in that direction in the works? Did I simply not find that feature it because I'm too dense?

Give me your opinion and upvote if you think this should be made possible.

maybe because it is only in beta right now..maybe we just wait for the update of the developer..by the way great post :)

Hey saveron23! Yeah maybe you're right. Still, there is real STEEM and therefore real money in your account right this moment. Plus think of how much your account is worth in terms of potential money if you have a lot of followers already. Once the account is compromised you may never get it back.

Im just giving you an idea.I dont want to mean anything..by the way thank you for you concern. Godbless :)

This would be a good step to protect it. I've noticed some actions don't require the password authentication, which could be used by a CSRF attack to do something you don't want.
