Upaya Meningkatkan Prestasi Belajar Untuk Sekolah Dasar
Pembagunan nasional di bidang pendidikan upaya terpadu dalam meningkatkan kualitas manusia seutuhnya. Pendidikan dasar sebagai intergral dari pendidikan, memegang peranan yang sangat penting dalam upaya mencerdaskan kehidupan bangsa. Pada proses belajar mengajar saat ini sebagian pengajar dan mendidik hanya memperhatikan tahapan-tahapan penyampaian materi, tanpa melihat perbedaan waktuyang dibutuhkan anak didik untuk memahami materi tersebut. Akibatnya, anak didik yang pandai merasa bosan mengikuti pembelajaran yang di ajarkan, sedangkan anak didik yang kurang pandai merasa binggung karena belum memahami apa yang seharusnya di mengerti.
Menurut Sanjaya (2009:107) Mengatakan bahwa, “Belajar adalahproses berfikir. Belajar berfikir menekankan kepada proses mencari dan menemukanpengetahuanmelalui interaksi antara individu dengan lingkungan”. Selanjutnya, Hamalik (2008:154), menjelaskan bahwa, “Belajar adalah merupakan tingkah laku yang relatif mantap berkat latihan dan pengalaman”. Perubahan yang terjadi dalam diri seseorang Banyak sekalibaik sifat maupun jenisnya. Karena itu tidak setiap perubahan dalam diri seseorangmerupakan perubahan dalam arti belajar. Perubahan yang terjadi dalam aspek-aspek kematangan, pertumbuhan, dan perkembangan tidak termasuk perubahan dalam pengertian belajar.
Kegiatan belajar merupakan kegiatan paling pokok dari keseluruhan proses belajar mengajar. Berhasil atau tidaknya pencapaian tujuan pendidikan tergantung kepada bagai mana proses belajar mengajar tersabut berlangsung. Setelah proses belajar mengajar selesai dilaksanakan, maka perlu diadakan evaluasi untuk melihat hasil sebagai akibat dari pelaksanaan proses belajar mengajar. Pada satu sisi, belajar yang dialami oleh siswa terkait dengan pertumbuhan jasmani yang siap berkembang. Pada sisi lain, kegiatan belajar yang juga merupakan perkembangan mental tersebut juga di dorongoleh tindakan pendidikan atau pembelajaran.
Salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi hasil belajar siswa adalah guru. Sosok seorang guru atau pengajar adalah panutan, Tidak hanya didepan kelas akan tetapi juga menjadi teladan di tengah-tengah masyarakat. Hal ini harus menjadi daya tarik tersendiri bagi siswa untuk terus mendukung proses hasil belajar mengajar. Nasution (2008:119) mengatakan, “ Bila guru mengajarkan suatu mata pelajaran, ia tidak hanya mengutamakan mata pelajaran akan tetapi harus juga memperhatikan anak itu sendiri sebagai manusia yang harus dikembangkan pribadinya”. Oleh sebab itu, guru harus aktif mengusahakan suasana yang baik dengan berbagai cara, sehingga tujuan pembelajaran yang dilakukan tercapai.
Di dalam interaksi belajar mengajar, guru memegang kendali utama untuk keberhasilan tercapainya tujuan, oleh karena itu guru harus memiliki keterampilan mengajar, mengelola tahapan pembelajaran, memanfaatkam metode, mengunakan media, mengalokasikan waktu (Suprayekti, 2004:7). Salah satu model pembelajaran yang dapat meningkatkan partisipasi siswa dalam belajar adalah model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe “Student Team Achievement Division (STAD)”. Menurut Huda (2011:116), “Siswa di kelompokan secara beragam berdasarkan kemampuan kelompok, gender, ras dan etnis. Pertama siswa mempelajari materi bersama teman satu kelompok, kemudian mereka di uji secara individual melalui kuis-kuis”.
Selain itu, juga guru harus mengevaluasi hasil kerja siswa. Guru harus mengetahui perkembangan dan penguasaan materi setelah pembelajaran selesai sehingga dapat dilakukan tindakan selanjutnya. Kalau dari hasil evaluasi ternyata hasil belajar sudah baik dan dapat dilaksanakanlagi pada pembelajaran selanjutnya. Akan tetapi apa bila sebaliknya, maka guru harus mengevaluasi kinerja yang dilakukan.
Salah satu materi yang diajarkan di Sekolah Dasar (SD) adalam mengenai dampak globalisasi, materi ini untuk mengenalkansiswa tentang globalisasi dan pengaruhnya yang mereka (siswa) rasakanberdasarkan pengalaman dalam kehidupang sehari-hari. Berdasarkan pengalaman di lapangan (sekolah), kemampuan siswa dalam bekerja sama dan keberanian siswa dalam mengungkapkan pendapat masih sangat kurang. Kenapa?. Tentunya menjadi pertanyaan yang sangat bijaksana bila pengajar mau menilainya.
Ada dua faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi siswa dalam mengikuti proses belajar mengajar.
Faktor Internal
Faktor internal adalah faktor yang datangnya dari dalam siswa itu sendiri di saat mengikuti proses belajar mengajar. Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi belajar yang timbul dari anak itu sendiri, untuk lebih jelas lihat penjelasan yang sederhana ini:
a. Faktor Fisiologis adalah faktor dari fisik siswa itu sendiri dalam mengikuti proses belajar mengajar.
b. Faktor Psikologis adalah fartor jiwa siswa saat mengikuti proses belajar mengajar juga mempengaruhi.
c. Faktor Intelegensi adalah tingkat kecerdasan siswa (IQ) tidak dapat diragukan lagi, juga sangat besar berpengaruh dalam mengikuti proses belajar mengajar.
d. Faktor sikap siswa adalah gejala internal yang berdimensi efektifberupa kecenderungan untuk mereaksi atau merespons dengan cara yang relatiftetap terhadap objek orang, dan sebagainya baik secara positif dan negatif.
e. Faktor Bakat siswa adalah salah satu potensi yang ada pada diri seseorang (siswa) dapat mempengaruhi dalam kemampuannya.
f. Faktor Minat Siswa adalah Kemauan siswa dalam mengikuti proses belajar mengajar.Faktor Eksternal
a. Faktor lingkungan sosial
Linkungan sosial sekolah seperti para guru, staf administrasi, dan teman-teman sekelas juga dapat mempengaruhi proses belajar mengajar.
b. Faktor lingkungan nonsosial
Adalah gedung sekolah dan letaknya, rumah tempat tinggal keluarga siswa dan letaknya, alat belajar, cuaca dan lainya.

As a result, students who are good at feeling bored following learning are taught, while students who are less intelligent feel confused because they do not understand what should be understood.

Changes that occur in aspects of maturity, growth, and development do not include changes in understanding learning.
Learning activities are the most basic activities of the entire teaching and learning process. The success or failure of achieving educational goals depends on how the learning process is carried out. After the teaching and learning process is completed, an evaluation is needed to see the results as a result of the implementation of the teaching and learning process. On the one hand, learning experienced by students is related to physical growth that is ready to develop. On the other hand, learning activities which are also mental development are also encouraged by educational or learning actions.
One of the factors that influence student learning outcomes is the teacher. The figure of a teacher or teacher is a role model, not only in front of the class but also an example in the community. This should be the main attraction for students to continue to support the teaching and learning process. Nasution (2008: 119) said, "If the teacher teaches a subject, he does not only prioritize subjects but must also pay attention to the child himself as a human being who must be developed personally". Therefore, the teacher must actively seek a good atmosphere in various ways, so that the learning objectives are achieved.
In the interaction of teaching and learning, the teacher holds the main control for the success of achieving goals, therefore the teacher must have teaching skills, manage the stages of learning, utilize the methods, use the media, allocate time (Suprayekti, 2004: 7). One learning model that can increase student participation in learning is the cooperative learning model type "Student Team Achievement Division (STAD)". First students study the material with a group of friends, then they are tested individually through quizzes ".
In addition, the teacher must also evaluate the work of students. The teacher must know the progress and mastery of the material after the learning is completed so that further action can be taken. From the results of the evaluation it turns out that the learning outcomes are good and can be implemented in the next lesson. But what if the opposite, then the teacher must evaluate the performance performed.
One of the material taught in Elementary School (SD) is about the impact of globalization, this material is to introduce students to globalization and its effects that they (students) feel based on everyday life experiences. Based on experience in the field (school), the ability of students to work together and the courage of students to express their opinions is still lacking. Why?. Of course it becomes a very wise question if the teacher wants to judge it.
There are two factors that can influence students in following the teaching and learning process.
Internal factors
Internal factors are the factors that come from within the student itself while participating in the teaching and learning process. Factors that influence learning that arise from the child itself, to more clearly see this simple explanation:
a. Physiological factors are factors of the students' physicality in following the teaching and learning process.
b. Psychological factors are the fartor of students' souls while participating in the teaching and learning process also affects.
c. Intelligence factor is the level of intelligence of students (IQ) can not be doubted, it is also very influential in following the teaching and learning process.
d. The student attitude factor is a symptomExternal Factors
a. Social environmental factors
School social environments such as teachers, administrative staff, and classmates can also influence the teaching and learning process.
b. Non-social environmental factors
Is a school building and its location, the house where the family lives and its location, learning tools, weather and others*.
