Good points for newbies! Some disagreement on YouTube part because it is a brilliant platform. The Steemit is taking a different direction and no one can tell for sure that in the next ten years it is not going to happen to Steemit. The pot is only that big, the more fish in the water the crowdier it becomes!
I have been following @allasyummyfood for a long time now on YouTube, and if not for YouTube I would not have found the talent and passion she shares with the youtubers. I would also not be here if it was not for her, sharing her amazing stories, again, on YouTube.
I believe both platforms are to stay around for good! They are like two different personalities with characteristics making them who they are - "individuals"!
I am very happy to have found this platform and I see a great opportunity (whenever I will get to that point ha-ha), and to be involved and explore the data network.
