I think it's a big one. People even forget about it without being in a survival situation! I notice this in parents especially! I also have to remind my husband to take care of himself because he is the major breadwinner in our household.
Yea. I get that from my wife all the time, Lol. "Stop stressing you're gonna have a heart attack!" Haha. But a very solid point! : )
