Legal Abortion

To get started, I wanna say: if you are one of the people that say "abortion are homicide", "that fetus have rights" or something related, let me tell you something: I don't f*ckin' care wth you think. That is MY PERSONAL OPINION about this teme.

So... Having said this...

Let's start.

Abortion is a sensitive teme, that makes a lot people have mixed feelings. Why? Because most people say NO to this, but, when it's your turn, they run to search different ways of "how to abort." So, that is a big evidence of double moral existing in the thoughts of the people.

In my personal opinion, I would like that this will can be legal. Why? Easy, the mortality rate by fault of the clandestine abortion is one of most big rates in the world with more than 47.000 women die per year. Making abortion legal, that figure would decrease exponentially. Any women that wants make her an abortion, just have to go to clinic or hospital and there the hospital has to take responsibility for a safe abortion; thus guaranteeing the woman's life.

Another reason is: few sexual education in schools. Every teen should be right to lear about your body and how to have safe sex.
Many teenagers get pregnant for this, parents take sex as a taboo and they decide not to say anything about this. Girls (and boys) have sex without protection and get pregnant accidentally. They aren't prepared for have a baby, bring to the world a baby in that way could be a big problem, not only for parents, but for the child too. Abortion is the answer.

Woman, tell me, if you were raped and you get pregnant. Do u want to have the baby? Not really? Exactly, the society can not obligate you to have baby, only you must have the decision in your hands. Must be horrible have to live with a creation of a rape, or not? Abortion is the answer.

BUT, I the only thing that I want isn't make abortion legal and now. NO. All this must be accompanied by its respective law.

• You can only do one abortion a year per woman
• ONLY women over 18 years old will have abortions.
• If the girl is under 18 years old, only will have abortions with a legal permission from their parents.
• Parents can't force the child to have a forced abortion. Abortion must be her decision.
• The women must be in perfect state of healt and must be able physically and psychologically to abort.
• Abortion NEVER has realice after 12 weeks of being conceived. FOR NO REASON.

And many others laws for regularize and guarantee a safe abortion.
