Up-and-coming Steemians should look into the vote buying services to help boost their posts, otherwise getting votes and visibility without at least some followers is very hard.
My personal experience here is they a scam costing far more than you gain. Moonbot is one example. Of course there are exceptions. Check out @minnowsupport. You will need good content to get exposure through.
