Google Trends Chart: Comparing Steemit, Steem with Foursquare, Flickr and Myspace
The last 4 months Steemit had a "Lift off", and is getting close to foursquare, the yellow line in the chart. If we look at Flickr (green) and Myspace (red) those lines are still dropping.
Related search terms and geographical information:
In the below chart we can see Facebook (blue) still has the biggest share but the line is declining over the past 5 years.
Facebook and Twitter (red) are almost not comparable but the lines are getting closer to each other...
Excited to see that Steemit is experiencing big growth and it sure makes curieus what it can bring the world in the near future!

If you beside your Steemit account also have a website or blog about Steemit (or Bitcoins) you could consider adding the above "Related queries" to it and maybe write articles that include those words as well to generate more traffic to your websites.
Google Trends is very useful to see what people are searching for.
