for safe side that you dont loose your maximum voting power . It is permisssible to have a maximum of 10/11 votes in a day , because you nearly loss 2 % of your voting power on each upvote. But dont worry , these voting power regenerates at 20% in a day. thats what your voting power again becomes 100%.
