I think what frustates me the most about this is the lack of information that was provided about the outage and what was going on, a link to a twitter post which was not updating at all, if they had provided regular feedback to use the user community there would have bene less frustration
Absolutely agree. It’s not too much to ask for.

I dontthink so not that I am ain any rush for the next one but lets hope if and when that is they do better in letting us know what is going on
