The Steemit @Blacklist uses a range of metrics to determine who's a repeat offender of plagiarism, hate speech, bullying, ongoing power-abuse and so on.

After reading your posts for a while, I dont see this in your writings. I fail to see how what you posts qualifies as such.

It is a tricky line here on STEEM...bots have their place but they do not replace manual actions. We are on the blockchain, so where are the lines drawn and who is to draw them? What is consider hate by some is not by others.

And is it right for a central entity to try and maintain control. If what you write is true, is there a need for this? And are they using this bot to alert other bots they created that upvote based upon Rep as you mentioned?

If so, then it makes some sense....
