Steemit for Beginners (English)

Welcome,

Your new Steemians. This is an article for you. I hope you read it and can handle it. Let's start with the wallet.

SteemPower (SP):

Steem Power is your weight for the upvotes (likes) you give. You will automatically receive 37.5% of every post or comment directly into your Steem Power.

The in the brackets are the power that you got borrowed from Steemit. They always make 15 Steem.

The one above the bracket is always yours and you can cash out in 13 weekly installments. (At that time it was 104 weeks / 2 years.)

Steem Dollars

Steem Dollars is the currency on Steemit. Likewise you get 37.5% of your post or comment.

Steem

If you are interested in investing in your account then you can buy from Exchanges Steem and have them sent to your account on Steemit.

Savings

The Savings are the Steem and Steem Dollars you want to pay off. But takes 3 days.

Account Value

Yours has an account value, which is determined by your Steem Power (Steem) x the Steem course.

The Counter

I call him the counter. No idea what they say. ;)

So let's start from the top left to the bottom right.

^ the character stands for upvote. In green he means that he has voted himself.

The amount is the current dollar level of the contribution

I think the "Votes" also clear

This long arrow is the symbol for remainders (parts), so a post from someone else lands on your blog like on Facebook and Co.

Reply stands for "commenting"

The bubble for "comments"

The Eye for "Views / Clicks"

The Payout Ad

If you press the small arrow (previous picture) in the amount because a small window appears. In it is when the payment is and how much it is still.

But if the amount is paid would be something like that.

The amount of the post is 100%.

Author gets 75%, which is divided again into 2 x 37,5% for SteemPower (SP) & SteemDollars (SBD).

Commentators get 25%, that is, in the case of $ 1.26 divided among the curators.

Reputation

That's the reputation on Steemit. You start at 25. The calculation is completely unimportant, do not worry about it. It is important that he is influenced by the upvotes you get and that each level gets 30% more difficult than the last time.

Just one example (conceived): To get from (25) to (26) you need 10 votes. So now comes the 30% thing. That means one needs to get from (26) to (27) 13 votes. And so it goes on to (77) because that is the highest reputation we have all seen here.

So I hope that helps you on. For questions, just let me know
