I'm really excited about this! Having an overwhelming response since the launch of Steemprentice has made helping people in a timely fashion rather easy up to now, with our largest limiting factor being exposure. We can't just expect those that are new or having problems/frustrations knowing that our group exists to help out.

I'm very hopeful that this (along with other methods) can help to get the word out about Steemprentice and that users don't have to do at this alone. Many of us were in their same position a month or two ago and hopefully we can ease the growing pains of others now.
