I like to spread out investments over many different forms; you mention them all. They are difficult to pick and you don't provide advice.
Steem is going to be a great investment for a long time. LONG
Yes, diversifying the investment can be a good way to be profitable most of the times unlike cryptocurrencies which are highly volatile. Steem is good for sure, but it's worth hasn't been recognised yet and it could take a substantial amount of time to reach that potential :)
