Some are new, genuinely mistaken. It is not suppose to be used multiple times. I was referring, to the fact that there are multiple users who will just comment on an introduceyourself tagged post, welcoming you and asking to follow them without even reading the content. But sadly, if it comes to building follower count, they are certainly winning.. check this account @khunfarang
