I've heard about that, and I think that it's just all Ukraine can do in this situation, it starts the psychological war, and the Ukrainian people just hope that it'll help stop the war. They're desperate, and they're looking at their dead relatives in real life, so should they just accept everything? They need help more than ever, and that's why it's necessary to support Ukraine in this situation and hope for the war to end soon.
