Which exact model are you using? I am planning to buy a vlogging camera so looking for options and suggestions which fall around $1k.

    These days I'm sure you can find many good options around that price . The model is Sony Alpha a5100 Mirrorless Camera w/ 16-50mm lens - White. Only 500 USD
