Whether we love money or hate it, we all need to use this tool. Many of you are here on steemit because of money.

We sit in judgment of others but turn a blind eye to our own waste of it.
“Don't give it to him, he's just going to buy alcohol with it.”
But what do we do with it?
The steem cryptocurrency has several explanations here in the #steemitcommunity. This is NOT one of them. However, what will we do with this new currency? How will we trade it? How will we spend our stash?Will we as the #steemitcommunity use it for social good? Will we donate it to others? Will we all go broke as the exchange rate fluctuates?
I am curious to find out.

Don't you think that a currency that is created without debt, and distributed proportionally to the work to build a community like Steem, can help others just because it is a way fairer kind of money compared to, for example, dollar ?
Yes that is true and a good start. But not all will join, believe in the currency or contribute value. What do we do with the un-connected non-steem population?
Also just because something is some way, like the dollar, doesn't mean going forward the future of money and currency must be the same as it was and used in the past. Innovations in currency in cryptocurrency can be accompanied by innovation in uses of it beyond distribution.
