Steemit does not let me vote

I read about and experienced cancellation of voting and posting, but now it does not allow to vote and it is consistent at it.
Things got worse since I joined.
It made me skip on voting and it seems like I should skip posting.
It wastes more time by letting one wait, and then just not accepting votes.
