Plagiarism on Steemit and the injustice of cheetah bot

cheetah could have been a very good idea, if it flagged, or at least only reported its finding and evidence in its comment and in its daily report and not voted either way instead of giving a big upvote to plagiarists.
It is time to flag it out of relevance and create a copy of it which either flags or does not vote instead of encourage plagiarism.
