NEW ACCOUNTS
What a FANTASTIC week this week has been for STEEMIT, not to mention the last 10 days..!!
The last 10 days has seen no fewer than 7,797 New Accounts registered and once again cements the growing strength of the Community.
These 7,797 New Accounts that have been registered in the last 10 days represents approx 5.0% of the Total Number of Accounts which is now well over 150,000..!!
With well over 150,000 Accounts now registered, I am firmly sticking with a target of 340,000 - 355,000 by the end of the year.
This week will see a further push on the rolling out of the Marketing Initiative in the U.K. and I look forward to sharing with you progress we are making as the week passes.

Great news! Glad to be a part of this. I have a feeling this is going to be the new direction of all social media.
Things are heating up here, cant wait til the 100,000,000 user signs up. Anyone know how many users steem currently have?
Steemit seems to finally taking off and getting some traction - Very exciting!
It's very encouraging, for sure... as more stories make it through the media-- both on the "news" and "investment" sides, seems to me that the "new normal" will be over 1000 new accounts per day. Barring any major setbacks (Hardfork flubs, etc.) we could easily hit half a million by the end of the year.
But I'm an eternal optimist!

Process of registration is hard now.
Things are really jumping around here. I've been burning through a lot of voting power lately.
