STEEMIT: ...is it a Blogging Tool? ...is it a Cryptocurrency? ...or is it something MORE POWERFUL.??
STEEMIT: More than just a Blogging Tool..!!
As the uptake of New Users begins to accelerate, I just wanted to ask a simple question.
"....what is STEEMIT?"
I would guess that most people would say it is a Blogging Tool and they are quite right to say this.
For most people on STEEMIT they will see a Blogging Tool right in front of their eyes.
A Community of like-minded people meeting, sharing, talking, voting on each other's Creative Content.
This is EXACTLY what STEEMIT set out to be.
However, what would happen if I asked the same question again.
"....what is STEEMIT?"
What if STEEMIT was more than just a Blogging Tool and a Cryptocurrency.
What if STEEMIT was something more powerful than these.
What if STEEMIT was a VOTING TOOL for Creative Content, but not just any old Voting Tool, a VOTING TOOL on the BLOCKCHAIN and one that you can post comments to and respond..!!
Imagine for a moment what would happen if STEEM rolled out to more than just; Verification, Validation and Evaluation of CREATIVE BLOGGING CONTENT..!!
That's something to think about as the Community develops.
I guess we will need that bigger boat..!!

It's truly incredible. Steemit has managed to revolutionize the free market. For the first time since the concept of blockchain came to be. Demand has now gotten a profitable comment section. How about that? :P

I still cant explain where the money comes from..i get stuck there alwayd :)
That's the easy bit. When more money comes in than goes out the chances are the price goes up. When more money goes out than comes in then the chances are that it goes down. Think of it this way. Today the price of STEEM is say $1. Every day for the next year $100m A DAY wants to buy STEEM but at the same time NOT ONE SINGLE PERSON wants to power down and sell their STEEM. What would the price be in a year. It certainly WON'T BE $1..!! As for the rewards it is simple. It's a share of the difference +/-..!! Hope that helps. Stephen

Nice post! Steemit is still evolving so what it appears to be today is not the completed equation.
its the future of social media..and i mean real socialization once we pass this beta stage :-) the possibilities are endless

I saw someone talking on another thread about buying groceries with Steem in Indonesia. I'll have to get back to you on the details. It was on Jeff Berwick's most recent piece about German central planning.

The operator is a user on STEEMIT..!! This is the future for small businesses, especially those that want to invest in cryptocurrencies. Sell a coffee, take some cryptocurrency..!! Stephen
