It is time to accumulate more STEEM!

Steem has half the transactions of Bitcoin (9 yrs old) and all data shows more growth in the Steem blockchain (1 year old). It's understandable that these are lower value transactions but the sheer amount of activity is very impressive on Steem. Steem blockchain is #2 blockchain in world when it comes to transaction volume.

I could not agree more. @dantheman gave me some stats on the Bitcoin Blockchain when I first blogged about the trend in the Daily Transactions. If my memory serves me right we were had just punched through the 90,000 average transactions per day and Dan picked up on the blog and confirmed that Bitcoin though valued at the time around $14 billion was only achieving around the 300k mark. As far as transactions go the STEEMBlockchain is way UNDERVALUED. Thanks for the comment I appreciate the support. Stephen

On steem every action is a transaction( every upvote,follow,reblog,post,etc..) it's useless to compare number of steem transactions with other cryptos. Let's not get desperate :-)

Happy to agree to disagree on this one. I totally agree that the Daily Transactions includes all post, blogs, comments, upvotes, down votes, deposits, withdraws etc and the purpose of these updated Daily Transactions is simply an indicator of the ammount of traffic that is going through Steemit. If it was dropping to say <10,000 then I would be concerned but it is not it is climbing >100,000. Purely based on volume and performance of transactions this is way undervalued. Like I said happy to agree to disagree. Have a great weekend. Stephen

Good information to have-- thanks for publishing these updates; I expect the declining price of Steem is more to do with the typical cycles of investment and startups than the overall viability of Steemit... at some point a bunch of investors' buy triggers will activate and the short-term speculators (who are taking profits) will be replaced by serious long term investors... and people will stop worrying so much!

I could not agree more. As long as the transactions keep rising as they are doing I am not bothered about the price. The speculators could nail the price to the floor at $0.01, but when the time is right this will explode like a coiled spring. The price is detached from fundamentals and unless you want to sell your STEEM I dont see what the problem is. Thanks again for your support and comment. Stephen

Very interesting Stephen thanks for the info

You are very welcome. I hope it helps to paint a clearer picture of what is going on in the background. So many people are focusing in on a falling STEEM price which is being driven down by speculators hoping to cash in at a lower price ready for an explosion to the upside. You can't argue that the Community is growing. These stats prove it. Thanks for your support. Stephen

Great content as usual Stephen. I referred to the big Transaction volume also in my last post. I am glad you make this information visible in your posts.

Thanks. I appreciate that. So many are looking at the wrong thing. They are so wrapped up in a falling STEEM price when this is NOT a true reflection on what is really happening. The Community is strengthening and no one can deny this. As for the price at <$20 million it is petty cash and loose change from the back of the sofa. A play thing for speculators to bounce around as they choose..!! Thanks for the support. Will check out your blog. Stephen

It all looks and sounds great ! Thanks for shareing !😊👍

You are welcome Karen. So many people are looking at the STEEM price and yet the real picture is in the number of Transactions and the rate they are going up. This is what people should be really focused on. Keep up the great work in providing the content. Stephen

Your right ! Now that i see whats going on its actually a relief and great to see , keep up the great work yourself ! Lol ! Thanks !👍😉😊

But what's your advice? At this time you should change steem in Bitcoin or do you think we should wait? Thanks for your reply ...

You may be asking the wrong person. For me STEEM/STEEMIT is a 5-7 year project before I would consider deciding when to sell. STEEM is simply being walked down by speculators. I would suggest you talk to others if you want some trading gains. Just becareful that you don't unload at the wrong time as this will snap back on a heartbeat. I have seen it done so many times over the years. Don't forget at <$20 million this is pocket change to some and could be influenced in any direction for just a few dollars. Stephen

Причем тут сделки, что за графики вы нарисовали, у вас все хорошо? Тогда почему состоятельные люди уходят из Steemit? Вы будете покупать билет на корабль который тонет?

I found to Steemit because i initially bought AMPS from Synereo. I am being to wonder if that was a wise idea. Any comments on that front?
